Books that are done, every single month.
Bookkeeping is the foundation of every good financial decision. Sumday categorizes your transactions, reconciles every bank and credit account, and closes your books on a predictable monthly schedule — so your financial statements reflect what actually happened in the business.

We review your current books, accounting software and accounts, and agree the chart of accounts.
Connect & collect
Read-only bank feeds and a secure document workflow replace forwarded emails.

Review together
You receive your statements and a summary of anything that needs your attention.
Scope & professional boundaries
Bookkeeping covers the current period from your start date. Historical catch-up or cleanup work is scoped and quoted separately. Sumday is not a CPA firm and does not perform audits, reviews, compilations or other attestation services.
Questions
Frequently asked.
Which accounting software do you work in?
We work primarily in widely used cloud accounting platforms such as QuickBooks Online and Xero. If you use something else, tell us during your consultation and we will confirm whether we can support it.
What if my books are behind?
Catch-up and cleanup work is common. We assess how far behind the books are and provide a separate, fixed scope before starting the monthly service.
When will I receive my monthly statements?
Your close calendar is agreed during onboarding and depends on when statements and documents are available from your banks and vendors.
